The Abu Dhabi Food Festival (ADFF) returns to the UAE capital for its 4th edition, which is expected to be bigger and better than ever. This event organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) from December 6-22, 2018, aims to bring special menus from the city’s top restaurants along with some of the best chefs from the culinary industry. The festival will offer cookbook signings as well as meet-and-greet sessions and live demonstrations on how to make traditional Emirati dishes and recipes. International and local chefs will be demonstrating their skills and menus to suit every consumer’s taste and palate.
This ‘Street Feast’ will bring in awareness and promote the legacy of traditional food for all enthusiasts, but is also an occasion to highlight the UAE as a destination of distinction and innovation in the global gastronomic scene, says Sultan Al Dhaheri, Executive Director, Tourism Sector – DCT Abu Dhabi.

There will be a Art Studio, photography workshops and movies. This event really positions Abu Dhabi as a global culinary hub.
